Your GMT London watch is warranted by Condor Group Limited for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions below.
A watch will be repaired or replaced, if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. If the same model is not available as a replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
- Water damage if use of the product did not follow the water resistance guide of the product.
- Defects in materials and workmanship of the battery, case, glass and strap.
- Products that were not purchased from an authorised GMT London retailer. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.

We can only guarantee products purchased through our website or one of our official retail partners. If you have purchased your item from one of our retail partners please contact the store/website where this was purchased first. In order to claim under our warranty we will always need to see the original purchase documentation, including receipt and filled warranty card.
If purchasing from ecommerce platforms such as eBay or unauthorised retailers on Amazon, there is a risk that the products are counterfeit, used or defective.
Unauthorised reproduction or copying of content from our websites and social media is prohibited. We cannot be held responsible for promises or claims made by external sites or by other organisations/individuals. We take action against those using our logo or copyrighted content without permission as quickly as possible but advise you to take care when purchasing our products online.
